This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between "Space Coast Surf LLC" and the rentee (“Rentee”) identified below. 1. Rental Period. The rental period shall begin on the date and time of rental and end on the agreed-upon return date and time. 2. Rental Fee. The rental fee for the surfboard rental is as outlined on our website www.spacecoastsurf.com. The rental fee is due in full at the delivery of rental. 3. Rentals must be paid by use of a major credit card. 4. A valid government issued ID is required for rental. 5. Condition of the Surfboard. The Renter acknowledges that the surfboard is in good condition at the time of rental. The Renter agrees to inspect the surfboard for any damage prior to taking possession of the surfboard. Any damage or defects must be reported to the Company before the Renter takes possession of the surfboard. 6. Use of the Surfboard. The Renter agrees to use the surfboard only for its intended purpose of surfing. The Renter agrees to take good care of the surfboard and to return it in the same condition as when it was rented, except for normal wear and tear. The Renter agrees to use the surfboard only in areas and conditions for which the surfboard is suited. 7. Responsibility for the Surfboard. The Renter is responsible for the surfboard from the time of rental until the surfboard is returned to the Company. The Renter agrees to protect the surfboard from damage and theft. The Renter agrees to pay for any damage to the surfboard that occurs during the rental period, as well as any loss or theft of the surfboard. 8. Release and Waiver of Liability. The Renter releases and waives all claims against the Company and its agents for any injuries or damages that may occur during the rental period, including but not limited to injuries or damages resulting from the use of the surfboard. 9. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the rental takes place. 10. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Space Coast Surf LLC and the Renter and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
